Terra Harvest is a non-profit organization that supports access to local foods.

Specifically: we provide a service in New Mexico to utilize unharvested fruits and vegetables; to process this food source into forms that can be distributed with the least amount of waste; to distribute this food source into the local community; and to help build a community around local foods.

We are currently working on an Urban Fruit Harvesting project. We also submitted an Urban Farm and Central Market concept for the redevelopment of the New Mexico State Fairgrounds.
